Placing an order:
By placing an order to Auracol, you will have read and understood our Terms and Conditions of use and agree to them. When our product is out of stock, Auracol will contact you and ask you to wait or remove the item from your order.
Once you have chosen your Auracol device for purchase in your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” where you will be prompted for information and assisted with your payment of your product.
Prior to completing your checkout, you will have an opportunity to review the transaction, where you then have the choice to proceed, amend or terminate the proposed transaction. On completion of your checkout, a confirmation letter will be emailed through to you for your records; we suggest you keep a copy.
Payment Terms:
Our product price is quoted in American Dollars.
The total price of your order will be the cost of your purchase only. Shipping costs are free.
Once you have added our product to your shopping cart proceed to the “Checkout” function and follow the requested order process instructions. We accept only one method of payment: credit card.
We accept both Visa and MasterCard. These details will be requested from you when you complete your order online and proceed to the “checkout” function.

All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions.
NetCommerce servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems. The Merchant (Auracol) does not have access to credit card details. NetCommerce continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
Shipping Information
Auracol ships to anywhere in the world for free, using standard shipping methods. At this time, Auracol is not offering express shipping or courier arrangements. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery, please contact us at: info@auracol.com
Delivery information
Once payment has been received and verified, please allow 10-12 working days for your Auracol device to arrive. In some instances this may be sooner. However if there is a heavy demand and we are temporarily out of stock, this process may take slightly longer.
It is very important from the outset to provide the correct delivery address and details, in order to prevent any unnecessary delays. Your invoice will include the cost of delivery and you will be notified by email as soon as your Auracol package is on its way to you.
Auracol endeavors to provide satisfactory customer service regarding delivery times, so if you not receive your parcel within 10-12 working days please contact us at: care@auracol.com
It is important to note that all VAT, Import Duties etc. that is due in your country of residence, will be for your own account.
Because the Auracol device is a convenient size, it fits easily into your mailbox or through your letterbox.
Refund Policy/Money Back Guarantee
Auracol provides our customers with a 40-day money back guarantee for an Auracol device purchased on-line at www.auracol.com
At Auracol, we believe in our product and its ability to prevent and relieve classic migraine headache and its accompanying symptoms. We want you to be completely satisfied with the Auracol device so, if after purchase, you find no relief for your classic migraine headache pain, you may return it and we will refund your money (less $10 handling costs).
In order to receive the full refund, within 40 days from the date of purchase, please return your Auracol device and provide proof of its purchase by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the device. This guarantee expires 40 days from the date you purchased your Auracol device
To ensure that your device returns to Auracol safely and undamaged, and in order to receive a full refund, please pack the Auracol in its original protective box before sending.
We suggest that you insure your shipment because damage during shipment is not covered by this guarantee. You may also want to ship the Auracol device using a tracking method so that you can ensure that we receive the device.
Please note, refunds will be reimbursed to your credit card account, minus $10 handling costs.
Replacement Policy
Our product is made of high-grade durable parts and undergoes constant quality control checks. In the unlikely event our product is received by you in a damaged condition, please contact us 48 hours from your product delivery date and you will receive a new Auracol device and/or protective cover, free of charge.
